Bayern Munich never actually won the traveling championship in Germany in 2015-16, but 15 straight defenses out of the game made it the best team of the year.

Traveling prize travels a lot in Mexico
During the first year of following traveling championships in seven major leagues throughout the world, the prize traveled nowhere so much as Mexico, where 14 of the 18 Liga MX teams took a turn.

West Ham prevails in first EPL corn chase
A two-month run with nine straight wins took West Ham United to the first year's honors in the traveling prize for the English Premier League.

FC Dallas wins top, LA Galaxy promoted
The winner across our first try at the First Division in North American soccer is FC Dallas. Meanwhile, the LA Galaxy squeezed by as the best among equals to take the Second Division.
